You'll enjoy the view on the Luberon and the colored red rocks of Roussillon. Joucas is the perfect starting point to explore the surrounding medieval villages and the whole Provence. Cities as Avignon, Aix-en-Provence, Arles, Saint-Remy- de-Provence, the Mont Ventoux and Marseille on the Mediterean are less than one hour drive. 

There are very good restaurants in the neighbourhood and in the local shop you can buy food and all the currently needed products.
